- A technical assistant will take the details of your call and will attend to your problem as soon as possible. A reference number will be allocated to your call. Should an assistant not be available immediately, please leave your particulars and details of services required. This will be attended to as soon as an assistant becomes available.
- To ensure client satisfaction, NSA undertakes to contact you not longer than 48 hours after services have been rendered.
